I start it and it dies. Check engine light stays on sometimes it blinks. I have put a new fuel pump in, camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, map sensor, cleaned the throttle body, checked wiring and fuses, and checked the battery and alternator. I cannot figure it out it still dies please help.

If your check engine light is blinking that usually means you have a bad miss fire and there should be miss fire codes for that.

No I have had the computer hooked up ten times and it gives me P0340 the odd thing is that it only roughly starts after it sits for awhile. Then it only runs for about five minutes before it dies.

When it dies will it restart right away or do you have to wait before it will start right up.

I have to wait awhile most of the time to get it to start again. Sometimes it will start up again but not without cranking on it for a little.

Do you have a scan tool that can show the cam sensor data?
