Must spray w/ starting fluid EVERY time to start under all conditions..engin runs great

When it is below 50 degrees out the truck will start once the [wait to start] light goes out... I have replace the fuel pump....fuel filter...And air filter'\.
There was no warning up to the time it began not to start. Mike
