added oil;left oil cap off......ran awhile now wont start.

The other day we added oil to my car but accidentally left the oil cap off. It ran for about 190 miles then just stalled out and now wont start,Can anyone tell me if theres anything I can do? Ive added oil and waited but still no go.

Holy cow!!!!! It started but is not running well, Oil seems to be holding up. Not running out or improper consistency. What should I do next,Think I can keep her alive???
