91 DODGE SPRIT 2.5 CAN'T HEAR THE FUEL PUMP RUNNING. WANT TO CHECK THE FUSE BEFOR I DROP THE TANK. ALSO THE LOW FUEL LIGHT IS ON ALL THE TIME. IT'S MY DAUGHTERS CAR... WERE IS THE FUSE FOR THE PUMP? IT'S TO COLD OUT TO SPEND MUCH TIME LOOKING FOR THINGS.....
PS... WON'T START EVEN WITH STARTING FLUID SPRAYED... HELP...

first check the owners manual. also look under the hood for a power distribution box. the fuel pump relay should be located there. hope this helps
