1999 Dodge Roadtrek with a 318. wouldn't go faster than 20 mph. Had it towed to a repair place and they replaced the cataylic converter and it ran normal for a day. Then yesterday it was running fine in the morning then it went back to running bad that last night but wont go over 10 mph now.
