van door hanging too low how do i fix??

Hi:
It sounds like the door hinges are worn out. You can purchase new ones at your local auto parts store. Once you get the new ones, it's just a matter of removing the old ones and replacng them with the new ones.
NOTE: The old ones may be tough to get out, but don't be afraid to use some muscle. Also, keep in mind, when the hinge pins are removed, the door will fall off, so make sure to have someone there to hold it or have a device there to hold it in place.
