1992 Other Dodge Models starter or spart plug?

i wanted to know what can i do? my van won't start, if i turn the key nothing wont start. also i dont know if it is the spark plugs that dont have current?.

When key turned to starter the engine has to spin if it doesn’t then you have to check the starter battery and so on
