Engine Performance problem
1988 Other Dodge Models V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic
since i first bought my dodge. the throttlebody /fuel injection has had a fuel problems.
tends to die /stalls & runs rough & stutters/ sputters at speeds at 35 mph & 50 mph.
currently changed the following:
FUEL FILTER
FUEL LINE/HOSE ( HIGH PRESSURE)
INJECTORS (BOTH)
FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR
MAIN COMPUTER BRAIN
SPARK PLUG WIRES/PLUGS
DISTRIBUTOR CAP/ROTOR
SINGLE MAGNETIC PICKUP COIL
IGNITION COIL
AIR CLEANER/FILTER
VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR
BATTERY
changed oil & oil filter(from engine)
all available information to solve this problem has ended in failure .
perhaps it's the throttlebody (since that was the only piece that was never changed).
intense searching has unveiled no such luck . by chance i stumbled upon your site.
can you help me?
