1988 Other Dodge Models Radiator

I will be replacing my radiator. The radiator has 2 oil cooling lines at the bottom. There were 2 fittings in the box. One end of the fitting has a hose connection and the other side is threaded.
My question is should i use teflon tape on the threads or something else.

i use teflon if i am to use anything at all on the threads. it should seat and seal just fine without any sealing compound but teflon assures for easier removal in the future.
