1987 Dodge 600 4dr Sedan was surging while driving, then the oild light came on and the car died within seconds of the light coming on. It has been found the teeth are missing from the Timing Belt, but the engine stills rotates. If I replace the timing belt, do I have to replace the Water Pump? and what about the possibility of a hole in the piston or a bent rod?
