Good day,

Owned '67 dodge coronet with 383ci for 35 years.
Do most of own work. Stimied this time!

Transmission overhaul two weeks ago by a trasnsmission shop.. Ran excellent for 2 days and then out of the blue would not start.

Ran perfect prior to transmission work.

Replaced coil, points, condenser, rotor, distributor cap and rebuilt carburetor.

Taking carb back to rebuilder due to sticking choke but after toying with it and getting it warmed up it ran fine...Until the second trip about 4 hrs. after the first.

Came to a traffic light and it almost stalled out...gently tapped on accelarator a few times and kept it running.

Remember the choke was open but could it be closing on the trip. Could it be electrical?

Could it be a dark cloud is hanging over me?
