2000 Neon, 161,000 miles. Car will hesitate when accelerating and sputter a bit, you have to let off the gas and try again, it seems to do this more when it gets warm - 40 degrees and above. Rarely happens in the winter. This will cause the check engine light to come on - flicker and usually go off. This time it hasn't gone off. In the past I have changed the spark plugs, usually every 50,000 miles or so and that usually had done the trick. Do you think that could be it again or possibly somthing else.... thanks.
