no charge to ignition coil

I have a 2005 Dodge Neon SXT 65000 miles.it is not getting any power to the main wiring system or the ignition coil.We have checked all the fuses and relays,they are all good.What else could be wrong?

Did you check your ASD (automatic shut down)relay? When your key is switched on, this relay gets a signal that energizes the coil for a few seconds. So if the car doesn't start, it will turn off the coil. I have a 97 Neon with bad problems, so I've discovered exactly how this circuiting works!

my 95 neon has fuel turns over but dosent fire i believe its the coil but dont know were it is located
