Could be the magnetic pick-up coil in the distributor or the igniton control module or the computer.

The ICM is the one that tells the coil to fire the sparkplugs-If the ECU don't get an ignition signal whether it would be a CPS or distributor pick-up it would not tell the ICM to fire the coil.

Could be the computer if wires checks out for shorts and open and brand new parts on the ignition system, and wired correctly it s gonna come down to the ECU.

Try scanning for code/s

Pull the coil wire from the distributor and ground it while cranking it over-do you have spark-if you have spark and nothing at the sparkplugs-replace your rotor and distributor cap it has to make it out of there to get to the plugs.

If nothing at the coil wire-and battery voltage is reaching the coil-recheck the pick-up coil in the distributor, ignition control module-this checks out and the wiring from and to the computer and distributor-you're look at the computer.
