how to get the spark plug wires off the spark plug

2005 Dodge Neon SXT 30000 miles. Can't get the wire off the plug. What do you have to do to get it off the plug?

just work it, it'll come off, try twisting and pulling, and when you get them off, put some anti sieze on there before you put em back on
