I have a 1995 Plymouth Neon 4-door sedan with a 2.0L engine and 150,000 miles. Okay here's the problem: The front brakes on my car are sticking quite a bit, to the point where it does not idle forward and it takes the engine a little push to get it going and they don't release at all (In a previous brake problem the 2 front brakes stuck, but released after a few seconds. we replaced the callipers and they worked fine.) and it results in the brakes getting all hot 'n stuff. The car has all new brake pads, rotors, and calipers. We figured that it may be the master cylinder but it seems to be working properly (we took it out and pushed the 'plunger thing' in and brake fluid promptly squirted out of all four holes). so we are at a complete standstill and I was wondering if you could offer a little help?

the only thing left would be the brake hoses. replace the front hoses and bleed the system.
