I have a 2002 dodge neon, with 40,700 miles on it. Its an automatic and when it is put into park the engine automatically revs up and then revs down and then begins to shake. when put into reverse and into drive it speeds up on its own and the brakes have very little affect on stopping the car. The engine will quickly accelerate the car to 30 mph on its own without me even adding any gas whatsoever. The check engine light is also on. Any ideas what it might be?
