96 plymouth neon fireing prob.

ok i have a 96 neon has 123,479 miles, i was going down the road running about 30 mh and it shut off, :cry: well i talked to a few people and the said mostlikely it is the brain box, so i replaced the brain and still it did not work so i tryed the coal pak and still nothing! and then i had a shade tree mec look at it and he said it seemed like the pdc to him so i replaced it, and still nothing. well i got to think that i did not get the brain flashed could that keep it from starting up? and if not do you have any ideas of what this could be. :lol:
