Brakes problem
2005 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual ?? miles
I took my car in to a dodge dealer for a oil change and checkup .they said that the rear brake drum was rusted on but didnt tell me if it could be remove or not . My question is can it be done and how difficult is it and is it costly to do ?
