Grinding noise coming from the engine

I recently financed the car listed above. I noticed when i test drove it that when i started it before even moving, it was making a grinding sound coming from the engine. Well, I had the dealership's mechanic check it out and they said it was the throw out bearing. So, they put in a new clutch kit and the same night later i noticed it making the same sound. i called a clutch doctor and he said it's possible that it could be the transmission going out. Car drives wonderful though. Nothing indicates anything wrong with anything though. Any ideas??

Does it make the noise when you put it into gear? When you push the clutch? When exactly? Also, if it grinds when putting it in 1st does it happen in other gears? And does it grind if you downshift from 2nd to 1st?

My 2004 Dodge Neon is doing this as well. When I shift gears it's sometimes hard to get it into the next gear. I sometimes have to jerk it hard to get it to go into gear. It's making a noise that reminds me of a tensioner pully going out, but it's coming from the driver's side of the motor where there are no pulleys or belts.

Hi,

It sounds like the clutch isn't fully releasing. With the engine running and the vehicle in neutral and not moving, is it difficult to put it in gear? If it is, turn the engine off. Does it shift easily with the engine off?

The clutch is hydraulic on this vehicle, The clutch fluid reservoir is on the firewall under the hood, driver's side.

Check the fluid level in the reservoir. I attached a pic below of the clutch master cylinder.
