Electrical problem
2004 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic

My car is having trouble going over 20 mph. the check engine light came on so i took it to autozone. they told me that the cam sensor wiring harness needed to be clean so i bought the stuff to clean it and it is still doing the same thing. i went ahead and replaced the cam sensor but that didn't work either. do i need a new wireing harness. if so is it hard to replace.
