2003 Dodge Neon how do I replace an ignition

Someone ripped the ignition out of my car and I need to know what all the parts are I would need to replace, there are a few ripped wires and a part busted on the inside. A dealer told me to just replace the tumbler but Someone also said I need to replace the ignition switch.
