2003 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

HOW DO YOU ADJUST THE MANUAL SHIFT CABLE TO CORRECTALLY ENGUAGE THE GEARS
the bushing at the transmission end came apart. replaced but not able to correctally adjust the cable to go into gear correctally
