Noises problem
2002 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 65k miles

I hit a big rock causing the alloy wheel to bend. After replacing the front wheel with oem part,the squealing started. I did notice,when I took the wheel off, that the rotor had only 1 star washer one 1 lug. Should there be star washers on all lugs? Also, there is a noise that emanates from what appears to be the strut. I would say it sounds like squeaky bed springs. Would this be a damaged strut? Thanks for your help !!!
