My daughter's car will not move forward or backward when the engine is running. It goes into gear, but sounds like the brakes are locked and holding it back. It will goose forward if the engine is revved a bit; but, definitely has much resistence. Do you suppose this is a brake or tranny problem? I had a front brake job done about 3 weekas ago. BTW, it will roll and move when the engine is turned off.
