Warranty problem
2001 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 140000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
3/8/08-
A. Had car towed to my mechanic because the night before whenever I stopped, the car would jerk badly and when I put it in reverse it would take a while to move back. Mechanic added 2 quartz of fluid and told me it may be a transmission leak and told me to take it to a colleague.
B. Transmission guy added two additional quartz, drove the car and checked for leaks outside and found none - told me to bring it to him if it happened again.
C. I drove the car home, which it took about 15 minutes from the shop and I had no problem driving it.
D. Stayed home for 30 minutes and left again to do errands; however, 8 minutes into driving, the car started shaking badly and I had to pull into a grocery store parking lot and there was fluid leaking out and the car got towed again to the repair place.
Questions:
1. Was the transmission repairperson correct in telling me to go home and return?
2. Do you believe the transmission filer is bad and maybe the rebuilt is not necessary?
3. Does a Neon have a transmission cooler?
4. What questions should I ask this guy regarding the repairs and his qualification?

Thank you.
