time the new cylinder head - Timing belt replacement

is it possible to time the new cylinder head while it is out of the car? i just don't wanna jack up my new valves when i put the head in and do it that way

Hello,

On 2001 Neon models, the timing belt needs to be replaced every 105,000 miles or 84 months.
You will need to set the time after the head is installed as it is nearly impossible to time it by itself.
I have attached the replacement guide for the timing belt including the timing marks (see below).
