My dodge neon steering wheel starts shaking when I go above 60 MPH. It also shakes while it is slowing down from speeds higher than 60MPH. Not sure if it is the steering wheel itself that is shaking or if the engine is shaking as well. The car recently had the passenger side "wheel controll arm" (I think that's what it's called) replaced becuase my brother ran it into a ditch. Could this be part of the problem?
