I have a damaged right inner tie rod,I don't see a flat spot on it to use tie rod tool, whats the deal ? I have looked at two different tools,they won't work

I found a inner tie rod tool,it has three set screws so it can be tightened on the round style inner tie rods,should work,Thanks

For round style inner tie rods with out flat spot- use LISLE tool-LS46600
