Hello: I have a 2000 neon with electric locks. Recently the rear passenger door has not been unlocking and as a result I cannot open it. It happens on and off and appears to occur more when it is colder out. When I lock the doors using the key chain or from the drivers side the rear door makes an unusually loud noise ("ckunk"). When I have crawled in the back and attempted to unloc it manually there is alot of resistance and I caqnnot do it (not sure if that is the child locks or not). Thanks in advance for your help.
