Find the leak!

While someone is inside, pressing on the brake pedal, your going to be on the ground looking underneath it until you see dripping. Pay close attention to the center of the car primarily from the engine to the rear seat area. The lines ten to rot out there on these because of the way the manufacturer designed them.

IF you see nothing, look at the rear wheel area. On the back side of the brakedrum is a backing plate. At the bottom of it you may leakage or see fluid spun around the inside of the tire.
