I have a 2000 dodge neon, when i accelerate my RPM begin to go up but my MPH are really not moving, also like when i accel and its time for the rpms to drop back down when i am at a low speed does not happen it just steadily increases to like 4 or 5 RPM and im only going like 25MPH. what is tha problem is there and easy solution?
