1999 Dodge Neon - radiotor filled with tanish sludge

My grandma has a 99 Neon. After parking in the driveway i noticed a tan sludge underneath the car. Upon opening the radiator cap, the brown sludge is all inside the radiotor. We flushed it and it was fine for a while. My Uncle seems to think it's a blown head gasket and it's oil in the radiator, but the oil level is always the same.
the other day i was driving and the engine overheated, when i filled the resevior, the brown sludge was going striaght out underneat the car. So now it is not being driven. Is there anyway I can fix this? Is it a simple solution?

Unfortunately, this is NOT a good thing. Your most likely answers are

1. a blown head: in this instance, there is usually a loud racket made by the motor when idling or driven and the car will heat up really fast
2. a warped head: there won't be alot of noise but there will be the brown sludge which is an instant indication of oil in the antifreeze when your car is also overheating
3. a blown head gasket: the head gasket is either torn or somehow it's seal has been broken (most likely excessive heat in the motor)

this is not an easy thing to fix and I'd recommend you take it to a really good engine shop. hope this helps you!
