1998 Dodge Neon Timing Settings

Hello, I am trying to replace the water pump on my 1998 Dodge Neon. I have the instructions on how to replacce it, i am just looking for information on the timing belts in order to replace the water pump. I want to know what the timing settings are to ensure that i time the belts correctly. If you can help that would be awesome. Or if you anywhere i can find this particular information.
