1998 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

im not sure how to tighten up the drive belt..i managed to get the belt off but now its loose..how do i tighten it up..thankyou

See circles. For alternator,check the locking bolt and nut. For P/S and A/C, locate the idler pulley. Behind the pulley should have the adjuster.
