My 98 Neon is a Sport model with a 2.0 liter DOHC engine. When I start the car the electronics goes through it's checks and everyting is ok. After a few seconds, the airbag light comes on and stays on. While that light is on; my power windows, signal flashers, blower fan, rear defrost, front defrost and wipers will not work. Strange thing is, when I turn the key to the ACC position, everything works fine. What's going on?
