My Neon has a DTC P1491 that says Fan control circuit.
My Hays service manual showes a relay in the relay panel. My neon does not have that. It has a Solid state control module.
I need service information for the solid state wiring.
Does anyone have a schematic for the solid state module wiring and testing proceedures??
My Hays Manual is useless for this.
