I turned on car on and put it in reverse and tried to back up. I couldn't move. So I pressed the gas down farther and I back up a little but I noticed that the back wheel was not spinning. I was dragging it. What the problem

If it still hasn't freed itself up go to auto parts store ask for a rear caliper and brake line for the caliper. I had same issue on driver side rear. I replaced those two and my wheel freed right up. The flexible hoses back there have a tendency to kink inside causing caliper piston to lock in out position.

Hello,

First make sure that the parking brake is not set. If it is set, simply release it.
If the parking brakes are released then you likely have a seized wheel cylinder and it is stuck and the extended position and keeping pressure on the drums, which is keeping the wheels from turning.
It can also be stuck like this due to a faulty brake adjuster.

You will have to remove the wheel and brake drum to access the components for the brake.

I have attached diagrams on how to replace those components below.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
