1996 Dodge Neon headgasket replaced fine but when assemble

Engine Mechanical problem
1996 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

confermed crank shaft senser works .
voltage is right at cam senser but get only a change
from unpluging .
timing is on the mark if i can belive the camshaft marks.
can you help
