the radiator fans won't start. the engine runs very hot. if i pull the relay and plug it back in the fans start immediatly. i have exchanged the relays with the starter and the relay works with the starter and i have the same problem with the radiator fans.

Need to test your vehicle's engine coolant temp. (ECT) sensor, this is the most likely fault.
