1995 Dodge Neon running rough

1995 Dodge Neon 4 cyl Automatic 150,00 miles

My 95 dodge neon is running rough. It cuts out and idols rough. When you are driving down the road it will run ok for a minute then start cutting out and jerking. There is no code. I have changed the upper sensor, plugs, wires, and fuel filter.

Ok what upper sensor have you replaced? Can you include a pic if your not sure what it is called. I would like to know if you done any testing and if so what? Do you have a digital multi meter? Get back to me and we will go from there.

I have replaced the upper oxygen sensor. I have tried checking it by turning the key off and on to read the codes..the check engine light is not on. I also have plugged in my meter and checked for codes. It is not showing any errors.

Ok if the light isn't on then you will not get any codes. So with that do you have a digital multi meter? I would like to test the TPS and the coolant temp sensor. Get back to me and we will go from there.
