Electrical problem
1995 Dodge Neon
Hello I am working on a 95 dodge neon for a friend they had it at a repair shop that told them they need to replace the horn being a good friend I replaced the horn only to find that wasn't the problem. First I went to fuses. O.k. Swapped relays. O.K. Jumped the wiring in the relay and the horn worked. Now I am leading towards the steering column I suspect there is a ground possibly in the clockspring not 100% sure. All of the wiring goes into the clockspring it has two horn buttons on the outer edges of the center pad
