2006 Dodge Magnum crackin/popping sound from rear

i keep getting this cracking popping sound from the rear tires of my car you can only hear it when you are going really slow without having your foot on the gas or brake, if i just put it in drive and let the car glide it makes the noise, i can figure out what it is.
