fuel line o-rings

I'm finding the only way to get these o-rings is to purchase a complette fuel rail replacement.

Stupid huh?

I'm trying to get some specs on thes o-rings type and size.

I tried some others and had fuel spraying out.
I even had a fire under my hood.

This is very frustrating!
Anyone have any info. Any at all would be helpful here. :evil:

Hi, and welcome to Just Answer!

There was a recall on the fuel rail's a long time ago, the kit came with most of the o-rings (the ones for the metal lines to the plastic housing, front and rear, and the ones for the pressure regulator. Along with the crossover plugs, orings, and all the plenum / fuel rail paper gaskets you'll need.

The kit # is 05069022AA, around $38 from your local dealer.

You could use the o-rings to repair the rail. This is a list of what's included;

2 EGR Tube Gaskets 1 Intake Plenum Gasket
2 Fuel Rail Gaskets 3 Crossover/Inlet Tube O-Rings
1 Outlet Tube O-Ring 2 Crossover Plugs w/ O-Rings
1 Pressure Regulator O-Ring Kit 2 Outlet Rail Reinforcements
1 Epoxy Package 4 Tie Straps
1 Sandpaper 2 Alcohol Wipes


Not really the cheapest thing in the world, but a whole lot cheaper than a new fuel rail assembly!
