hi there, we have been having issues with our intrepid. it seems to start right up, timing seems to be fine. When ever i take the rpms up over 2400, then the car seems to sputter, and looses power. I took the car to Autozone and here is what the troubleshooter printout said:(please note, the printout is hard to read)
Definition
BBCKP/CMP timing misalignment
Explanation
BBECM Detected the crank sensor is not aligned with BBthe cam sensor
Probable cause
BB1. - Intermittent connection
BB2. - Failed crank or cam sensor
BB3. - Engine mechanical condition

(not too sure if the BB are 00)

I have replaced the cam sensor and the crank sensor which didnt fix the problem, and when i popped the hood last night i noticed i could see a little bit of light (spark) coming from each spark plug coils. the spark seems more prominent as i increase the rpms. not too sure what to do next, any suggestions? thanks for your time.

Hi
Check wiring for chafing also terminal connection tight. If good remove cam and crank sensors inspect Tone wheel/pulse ring for damage, foregin material or excessive movement. If found replace. If that's not it then need spacial scanner and tools that dealer has.
Thanks for donate

Check your map sensor thouroughly. MAP contours timing under load. The return line is subject to failure. MAP price is salty, check it precisely
