2002 Dodge Intrepid fluid light flickers on and off

2002 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

hey guys My fluid light flickers on when vehicle is warm and when i come to a stop.I give it gas to go and it goes off.I drive for a while and come to another stop and it does the same thing.when im stopped i put it in park and the light goes off put it back in drive and it comes back on.give it gas to go and it goes off.I checked the trans fluid and oil and they are fine.could it be a loose connection or bad sensor.
