2001 Dodge Intrepid Where is the computer located?

I would like to know where the computer is and is it possible to replace it with a used one. I have a gray key with the security function. Will I have to reprogram the key or will it be fine without a reprogram? Please let me know how and what to do. Thanks for all your help.
