2001 Dodge Intrepid turning signal lights

2001 Dodge Intrepid 6 cyl Automatic

the turning signal lights go on and off then just stay's on without flashing anymore. I've changed the fuses and I know that the blubs don't need to be changed. What else could it be?

Did you replace the turn signal flasher?
