2000 Dodge Intrepid Fuel safety shutoff switch

I need to know if there is a safety fuel switch in a 2000 dodge intrepid and where it may be My wife hit a chunk of ice on the highway with her front tire and the impact was hard enough to shut the car down and wont restart now. Cranks over but doesnt start
