2000 Dodge Intrepid Flasher are intermidant

It is integral to the multi function switch.

Thanks for the picture, but it's not clear to me where the location is. I initially thought it was within the fuse bank on the interior, but the panel labels don't indicate which relay it is. Then I thought it was under the dash, near the brake pedal, where I could see a black box and hear the clicking sound when the flashers were working. Both Carquest and Napa send me down a path that the flasher relay is simple relay in the fuse bank. See the picture. So, I guess the question really is: Is my problem the flasher relay? Is it is the fuse bank or under the dash? thanks.

It should be on the left side of the dash between the junction block and the brake pedal.

I think I found it. When I turned the turn signal and hazards on, I felt the clicking in the Combo flasher. Can you feel the clicking in the combo flasher when it is turned on? Is the relay itself inside a casing? will I need any special tools? Looks like it's gonna be tricky to remove.

Yes, you should be able to feel it. It does sound like you found it. There shouldn't be any special tools needed.
